MY MIND, BODY & SOUL JOURNAL

My Mind, Body & Soul, is my first published book of Poetry. During that time of my life and before I decided to write my book, I journaled a lot of events and transitions that took place in my life: the good, the bad and the unthinkable.

 A journal is something that I have always had by my side...like a best friend that kept all of my secrets without the worries of my deepest secrets being revealed. I always encourage people to journal as they choose to heal through their process: it's refreshing, like a breath of fresh air.
